Account Control Rep Falcon - Bilingual
General Statement of Duties:
As an Account Control Rep, you will be responsible for reducing fraud loss by utilizing the fraud detection tool, Falcon, to review and verify customer behavioral activity, thereby minimizing fraud losses and reducing risk. Opportunities are achieved through reviewing and verifying information on existing accounts, receiving inbound and making outbound investigative phone calls to cardholders, to minimize fraud loss.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative
